About MR Structures, LLC: MR Structures services the needs of architects, builders, and developers of the Mid-Atlantic region.  Our goal is to offer expert and efficient structural engineering, contract documents, and contract administration services to meet the needs of a revitalized construction community. MR Structures is headquartered in Washington, Pennsylvania, conveniently located south of Pittsburgh near the I-70 and I-79 interchange.  The owner, Michael P. Romesburg, PE, is originally from Southwestern PA and is a graduate of the Architectural Engineering program at The Pennsylvania State University in University Park, PA.  Mr. Romesburg's structural engineering experience covers a broad range of investigations, designs, and evaluations for projects of varying types and sizes. At MR Structures we have extensive experience with structural design and construction administration for hotels, elder-care housing and healthcare, one and two family houses, schools, multi-family residential, government, manufacturing, institutional and industrial facilities, and warehouses. Our design skills encompass a multitude of structural systems including, but not limited to, cast-in-place concrete, precast/prestressed concrete, structural steel, composite steel, masonry, solid sawn wood, engineered wood products, and light gauge steel.  We also prepare calculations, shop drawings, and connection detailing for the concrete, structural steel and light gauge steel industry.
